MEET

Owner, Megan Woonton, brings over fifteen years of expertise to the world of event planning - producing events for luxury planning firms along the East Coast before starting her company. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Event Management as well as obtained her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) & CSEP (Certified Special Event Professional) certificates.

With extensive knowledge in the industry, 29 Pine Events focuses on planning and designing galas, weddings, social gatherings, and milestone celebrations throughout New England and beyond.

We understand that every client is unique - we plan and design each event as a true reflection of our client's personality, where both attention to detail and personalization are paramount.   • 29 Pine Events does not have a preferred vendor list, however, we do have a network of vetted vendors that we highly recommend and love partnering with! We do our best to pair vendors with clients based on your style/aesthetics and budget. We love meeting and working with new vendor partners, too!

  • The number of staff for your event depends on the overall scale and scope of the project. We want to ensure your event is executed flawlessly. The number of staff is determined throughout the planning process once we determine the roles we would manage.

  • Every event is completely customized and tailored to you! We offer full planning to most of our clients, however, pending the client and type of event, we could look at custom partial planning services.

  • We get asked this a lot! The venue coordinators are there to be the venue’s advocate when it comes to rules/regulations and make sure everything runs smoothly from the venue’s perspective. A planner at 29 Pine will be with you from as soon as you hire them. Your planner is YOUR advocate throughout every aspect of planning.

  • We do not offer day of. Full disclosure, we like to be involved in the early stages of the planning process so nothing slips through the cracks! We have a high standard for the events we execute.
